Bad OCD Day

I keep trying to write a post about myself and I can't.

My OCD tells me everything I say is bad or no one will understand. I'm just crazy and instead of keeping it locked up in my head, I am going to tell people?

So I guess, just keep me in your thoughts. I am trying and that is all I can do right now.
