Are any of you affected by the Noni notification bug (Notification from Noni won't go away)

There's this bug where Noni would send a chat to you. However if you click the chat, the notification won't go away. So, you will always have 1 notification. Imagine having your inbox show 1 new e-mail, but the new e-mail notification won't go away even if you open or delete said email. As a recovering person who was diagnosed with OCD, I find this very infuriating. Both because of the bug, and because how silent the 7Cups team have been in terms of addressing and fixing the bugs riddled on the 7Cups website and the mobile app.

As you can see from the link below, their most recent application update for iOS and Android is met with negativity just because now the app doesn't work for a lot of people. Old and new operating system, iOS or Android alike.

We have also the infamous Noni notification bug. They are implementing Noni into the mobile app but won't fix the Noni notification bug first? That I believe is an upside down way of thinking.

I really hope we can make enough noise to bring these issues to the attention of the developers. You can take your part by rating the app negatively on AppStore/PlayStore for its bugs and technical issues.

I'm sorry if I am ranting, but this is utterly unacceptable for 7Cups.
