Life ruined by hoarding

Does anyone here have experience with hoarding? Over the past 15 years I’ve destroyed my home by never getting rid of anything and buying excess stuff. I want to dig out of this but I’m depressed and lie in bed sleeping a lot. My family seems not bothered by the state of the house. I don’t know what to do
