is this ocd?

hi,
i was wondering if i could have ocd.
im really obsessed with a language and the country, for example, i support a football team within the country, i support the country in the euros and world cup, i listen to music in the language, i chose history for gcse as one of the topics is about the country, i talk in the language most of the time, i spend at least 2 hours a day learning the language.
im 100% english and so is everyone in my family and i only became obsessed with the language and country when i started learning the language so about 3-4 years ago.
could this be ocd? sorry its so long
