Ocd or anxiety

I haven’t went to the doctor about this yet. but i’m not sure if these thoughts r normal

I don’t have many intrusive thoughts

But i always worry that i’ve done something bad when i haven’t. It can vary, but it mainly is relationship related.

Sometimes my brain even makes fake thoughts up, i can’t tell what’s real. If i have a dream where something went wrong i’ll believe it actually happened and i did a bad thing.

Does anyone get this paranoid? I constantly have extreme feelings of guilt about things that have never happened
