I posted this last week as a Mindfulness exercise.

I don't want you to listen to my Happy music. I want to teach you how to make YOUR OWN Happy music playlist, using mine as a guide.

Any time I'm a little sad I put on my Happy Music and it never fails to cheer me up.

@Positron2 posi I have Amazon music. And I have several feel good playlists!😁 I have a country list, a classic rock and indie list, a Christian playlist, and a mixture playlist of all my favourite artists. Then I have two relaxing playlists 1 country list and a mixture of relaxing songs by various artists. And then I have a sleepy music playlist to fall asleep too ❤❤ I love music 😁
