It's valid to feel overwhelmed when there's a lot of thoughts racing in our mind. Different things may work for people differently, some like to listen to calming music, talk to trusted people (you can also reach out to listeners here to chat with, if you need a space to be heard), journal, turn to mindfulness exercises etc.
I like going for a walk while listening to music when I need that space, or journal, to sort of allow a space to my thoughts/ feelings.
What works for you usually to feel grounded in times like these? or perhaps something you'd like to try?😊
