i find that half the battle for me is just identifying a type of exercise that is enjoyable, or at least something i can easily do! from there it's just about consistency and having an accountability buddy helps!

I do taekwondo with my kids so that keeps me focused on trying to improve my strength and flexibility. Also just seeing how my strength has naturally declined already (I’m 42), I want to build it back up :)
