How to do it: Reporting for Sep 15, 2022
Fasted for 15 hours
Ate 3 healthy meals
Walked 45 minutes and 1 mile.
Remember we are building new habits, it is unrealistic to expect the report to always look like the above. Some days it may look like this

Fasted for 9 hours
Ate 0 healthy meals
Walked 0 minutes and 0 miles.
Just make sure to share your progress daily even if some days there is no progress. This is part of being accountable.
At the end of the challenge (after 30 days) you will submit the filled-out calender/sheet along with your thoughts on the challenge using this form. If, After the first 30 days, you want to keep going, simply start over in this forum thread to keep pursuing your current goals, or try out some new ones! Fill out the form again every 30 days and you'll receive a shoutout and cheers every time!
