How to do it: Reporting for Sep 15, 2022
Fasted for 15 hours
Ate 3 healthy meals
Walked 45 minutes and 1 mile.
Remember we are building new habits, it is unrealistic to expect the report to always look like the above. Some days it may look like this
Reporting for Sep 21, 2022
Fasted for 9 hours
Ate 0 healthy meals
Walked 0 minutes and 0 miles.
Just make sure to share your progress daily even if some days there is no progress. This is part of being accountable.
At the end of the challenge (after 30 days) you will submit the filled-out calender/sheet along with your thoughts on the challenge using this form. If, After the first 30 days, you want to keep going, simply start over in this forum thread to keep pursuing your current goals, or try out some new ones! Fill out the form again every 30 days and you'll receive a shoutout and cheers every time!
We encourage you all to reply to one another’s posts. Accountability is much stronger when you’ve got buddies rooting for you. This is a community campaign so let’s support each other! Be brave - you’ve got this!

Goal: tiny steps towards more self compassion
Task 1: drink more water
Task 2: say one nice thing about myself
Task 3: practice something mindful
They're very small things but it's something I struggle with lots so small steps. I tried to think of 'easy' things to start with and then maybe I'll add to it after the 30 days.
I'm not sure how this will go, I would like to try.
@SleepyShyCat Very AWESOME goals, especially the say one good thing about yourself on the daily. Would love to hear some of the affirmations and compliments you are telling yourself. With every word you speak to yourself, make sure you believe it. You are so worthy!

Task 3: practiced some calm breathing

@SleepyShyCat Keep on! I think on the day where you didn't necessarily speak anything nice about yourself--- that where you didn't criticize--- that should be like an unspoken compliment. 😁 & good job getting your water in. I, too, have to hydrate more. 🤣
