Weekly Themed Goals: FAQ
The idea is that one creates a goal related to the theme and works on it within the upcoming week. Either during this time or afterwards, those participating can share their experiences in striving towards these goals and let us know how to went. You can also support others and see how they are doing with their goals too.
A theme?
Thats right! Every week, I will share a theme for weekly goals. Why a theme? Sometimes it helps to give focus and direction. But I also hope it will be a fun, interesting way to challenge ourselves.
What if I want to join in but with my own theme or no theme at all?
Thats absolutely fine, go ahead! Youre more than welcome to still share and be included. My hope is that those of us participating will be able to support each other during these weeks! In addition, the main purpose of choosing a theme is to provide a starting point for goal ideas - as opposed to pressuring ourselves to think of any that suit it! You may even find that you want to make the weekly theme a monthly one. Go for it!
So even if I missed a week, I can still use its theme?
Most definitely! I already have many themes planned to last us for a few months. If youve discovered this later and wish to try any past themes you see, go for it! Wed love to hear how its going even within the current theme were focusing on.
Okay. But what about the goals? - Would we only pick one goal for the week?
You can do, or you can do more. Completely up to you!
You may be unable to think of even a single goal for the week - for a variety of reasons. Perhaps planning ahead isn't really your thing, or it'd be too general to do that, for example. In this case, you may want to consider setting daily goals within the week instead (on the day, or ahead of time)!
Id like to try this, but Im not sure if I can keep up with others goals or want to even share my own…
You can follow this privately! Maybe youll want to use your own diary to do it, or even be able to keep track in your head. Feel free to see how others are doing without any direct participation too. Just your being involved, whether its known to others or not, is wonderful. I hope its beneficial for you!

Oh! But what day of the week would we find out what the theme is?
I will post the weekly theme on Sunday (or Saturday, depending on your time zone), in order for us to prepare for the upcoming Monday! But feel free to start whenever you like within the week.
