I got out of bed and went to a job interview. And I got hired on the spot.

I'm proud of myself because I remembered my CBT this morning when I started feeling depressive, and I actually managed it successfully! :) It made a big difference in how the day went.

I did my homework and some of my english essay. I also wrote a lot. I'm proud!
