Hey jasmine. Glad to have you here
School can be quite stressfull, we all go through that. My advice is to not pressure yourself and sleep well. Bad nights makes you not able to focous as you should. And alot of pressure can send you into an anxiety spiral.
So try to study a bit every single day. Maybe 1h per day? if it's alot then more hours but take breaks. If possible keep water around and maybe snacks to motivate you too, like gum or smarties for example.
Don't let things pile up either. If you study a bit everyday you will have good results without worrying.
