Lacking motivation

Ever since I hit 50 and became postmenopausal I find that I have zero motivation to get anything done including housework. Help!

@BookishWendy you seem to be going through alot, bless you. Motivation is one of those things that leaves us when we are going through things. Hi BookishWendy,  I'm really sorry you are struggling. It does feel bad. It does get better sometimes, for sure, so try not to get too discouraged. As Tiny stated,, I offer a weekly thread to help encourage, even the simplest of goals.

In the meantime, may i humbly suggest..... pick (the same) one small thing that needs to be done every day and if you can't do anything else in the whole wide world, try to do that one small thing done everyday, without feeling bad if you don't. try again the next day.
