I'll post my Daily Mile Run here.
Mile isn't a lot that a beginner can't do.
Speed doesn't matter. Finishing does.
If you can't Run the entire Mile, Finishing the distance with walking instead of running.
Only time you're allowed to fail is when you're bleeding or ww3 starts.
