I'll post my Daily Mile Run here.

Mile isn't a lot that a beginner can't do.

Speed doesn't matter. Finishing does.

If you can't Run the entire Mile, Finishing the distance with walking instead of running.

Welcome to join.

@ChopWoodAndCarryWater I run in a park in a circular motion with people keep bumping on me. That's one thing that reduces my speed, along with other factors of course. 1000008634_1731344878.jpg

2 November was my best pace. Though, I've ran faster Mile on Treadmill before. 1000008640_1731345497.jpg

Since most people ask;

here's what Chop Wood, Carry Water means;

The phrase emphasizes the importance of committing to and thriving during the process of any pursuit. It also highlights that the quality of presence in your body, mind, and heart is more important than what you're doing.

Here are some other meanings of the phrase:

  • Maintain present awareness: You should always be aware of your surroundings, even when you're not meditating.

  • Focus on the work at hand: When you're fully present, you can develop a habit of always doing your best.

  • The journey itself can be rewarding: The act of working towards something can be as rewarding as the outcome.

I want to do the daily mile run! Do you suggest working up to it or just going for it?
