Putting myself first

I don’t put myself first, maybe as a distraction since I don’t really know what I want but self care is journaling and trying to live in the moment and take in the good and the bad as it is dealt, not how I react to it. I hate mediation and guided sounds so finding other ways to help relax my body and clear my mind has been a struggle but it doesn’t really bother me because I know whatever I’m feeling or going through is temporary and sometimes the best I can do is just wait it out. I would like to ask if anyone knows any mediations that aren’t like asmr or any other forum that could help me with grounding
