Thoughtlessness
Once we start our internal dialogues going as children it seems impossible to turn them off, even for a moment.
However, its very rewarding to have a practice that stops thought, and allow our minds to reboot.
A practice that I learned a couple years ago works well: It involves using something that its easy to focus on without comparison or judgment, such as the low hum of a fan or AC.
The sound distracts me from thinking, and allows me to be thoughtless.
When I return to thinking, Im more aligned with my greater vibrational self, and receive thoughts rather than generating them.
I get to make a fresh start.

Distraction and grounding techniques are extreamly helpful. I personally like using the 5,4,3,2,1 exercise!
A fresh start is a clean page in out notepad each time we need it!
