My practices to keep myself calm and stress-free

Yes, I am the person who can't focus on breathes sometime.

Many-a-times, in middle of situation and among people, I can't get time and space to pause and atke a break. I just tried some other ways to calm myself down from potential stressful situation which we can easily avoid.

I welcome you all to share your practical, real and worked-upon ideas to this community...!

This is my approach:

Learn to laugh, make things funny and humorous. Seriousness is killer of natural flow of life. Also, deal with issues if any but without being serious/ attached.

Learn to not worry, say "What maximum wrong can happen just by random thoughts, nothing.!"

Learn to ignore what you can't change, specially people. Things may change, but dont imply ur ideas and viewpoints on anyone., again, on anyone!

Learn to be content with available resources (things-experience-relations and allll) , you can always have abundance but how u will enjoy bigger joys ignoring smaller ones....!

First of all wonderfull thread! I loved your answer :)

Well to me lately my way to cope is thinking "everything is temporary. Everything will get better" and it actually applies!

Also to not be so hard on myself, I'm just dragging myself down and feeling sad. Relaxing, taking a deap breath and smile (like you mentioned) and embrace myself in a positive way is crucial
