"Mind"fulness or "Mindful"ness?

July 11th, 2016

Yes! Because what you choose of the above two make a big difference! :D Now what exactly do i mean by the two terms "Mind"fulness and "Mindful"ness?

Well, "Mind"fulness is the state where your mind is full or filled with thoughts of maybe the future or past or worries about your children, parents, significant others etc. And this this state is far from the reality of what the term "being mindful" means.

The other term however "mindful"ness refers to you being aware of your mind and aware of your thoughts and actions synced with them.

You are "minding" what you are doing and know the thoughts crossing your mind, NOT filling the mind with it!

Yup, See! youre being mindful while commenting :D Good job!

Have a nice day!
