I am doing ok today. As ok as I can be. I have a week to move and no place to go, but i'm curprisingly optimistic about the whole thing.

@reginaphalange98 mindfulness can also be knowing when we need to enlist other's help. I like to make a list of options by brainstorming and writing down all ideas and not judging them. Then come back later and pick out ones worth working on. Helps me feel more secure. Thanks for posting in mindfulness.
