Mindfulness and Me - My Brief Daily Reminder
Hello all!
I hope you are all doing well and having a good morning/afternoon/evening/night!
I just wanted to take the time to share what i refer to on a daily basis to remind myself about mindfulness and its importance.
Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment and accepting it without judgment.
Mindfulness helps improve one's well-being and can also help with one's physical health issues as it helps to reduce stress inturn reducing physical health symptoms. It can also help improve sleep which has a great impact on both physical and mental health.
