Try to practice open communication. It's common for men to feel pressured to suppress emotions or "tough it out," but sharing your feelings with a trusted friend, family member, or therapist can lighten the mental burden. Talking about your struggles doesn't make you weak—it shows strength and a willingness to take control of your mental well-being.

If opening up feels difficult, start small: write your thoughts in a journal or engage in group activities that encourage camaraderie and mutual support.
