Hey guys,
So, I'm gonna try to post every Wednesday (sorry for the name) something that I find helpful. Please remember that I am not a therapist. If you or someone you know is in a crisis, considering suicide, or just want to talk please reach out to 988 or The Trevor Project.
Here's the tip:
You will only be able to make a change when you're ready. For example, you can go on a diet and only lose a few pounds, but you'll lose more pounds when you tell yourself "I am ready to change." I found this helpful for working out to build muscle, but also for my mental state. I was really struggling and I decided to do something about it. I told my self I was ready to get better, even if it's a little day by day.
