@passionateCat1919 hi! I know it must be confusing to go through the discovery of your sexuality when your religion has strict rules about it, but let me tell you: there is absolutely nothing wrong in love, whoever is the person you love, whatever their gender is. Love is altruism, solidarity, empathy: all these traits are praised in every religion I know of. Your love - or attraction - does no harm to anyone: why would it be bad? On the contrary, it can bring you joy and an opportunity to receive and offer love, care and respect. Don't be afraid to explore this part of you. Your sexuality doesn't make you any better or worse than anyone else.
If you think you can benefit from peer support, there are specific communities online or in person where LGBT people meet and share their experiences: it might bring you comfort to learn from other people's experiences and maybe even meet other LGBT religious people.
Remember, you are perfect as you are!

@passionateCat1919

This must be a tough and confusing stage at your life , you have to understand that when coming from a religious background your journey towards discovering your sexuality will have some complexities

It could be overwhelming at first but then it becomes easier with time and you would determine your priorities

@passionateCat1919 i know how you feel. although not particularly religious myself, i took a class in college that goes over sexualities and religion and the content included people reinterpreting and adapting their idea of religion/what it means to be religious, despite how religion is generally viewed as anti-lgbtq. just know that both of them can co-exist and that you're not alone. sending love ♥️
