What kind of journal are you using to calm yourself when emotions run hi?

Looking for a recommendation on a journaly-type thingy that i could put in an emergency box... mayve something with like worksheet stuff cos I have a hard time clean journaling when i'm in that super activated about to panic space.

Journals are great, specially when we need that let out for heightened emotions. 

There's so many kinds of journals available lately, with topic specific prompts/ worksheets also, perhaps try looking them up online? :D
