How do you talk to yourself? How do you think to yourself?
What picture do you paint of yourself? What do you tell yourself each and every day?
Whatever you tell yourself every day..It is a manifestation, it is going to be the reality that you are in.
So why not give yourself more credit?
 It is easy to beat yourself down. It is easy to not feel good enough in certain aspects..
You can always find a reason to not feel good enough. So why not give yourself credit for the simplest things? That you choose to wake up in the morning. That you choose to take one more step towards understanding yourself.
Even if you do just five minutes of something useful a day. Then be grateful and be proud of that.
Start to imagine..the best parts of you. Manifest something greater than what you can even believe.
 With some diligence and faith you can easily be that greater self! It is always waiting for you quietly to listen. 💗

Share something you have done for yourself today 🤗

@LemonTea2

I love how motivational and uplifting this is. Thank youu for taking the time to sow some seeds of positivity and inspiration in the minds of readers who are open to such!💗

Oh wow okay, I gave this more than 8 minutes to think and was about to say, I did nothing today as such or worthy of a mention here but nah, that's the thing, we are counting all steps big and small, right?! So this should count and before I back-space it, I'll press "post" lol! ~

I cleaned a corner of my room today, very random, but de-cluttering that space was metaphorical to decluttering some space in my mind (in a way?!) and yes, that helps!😊

Thank youuu for allowing this reflection. How about you? what did you recently do for yourself and how did it make you feel?💗

@LemonTea2 I made myself go to roller derby practice today. I didn't really feel like it, but I'm so happy I went. It was so much fun and some of my teammates said I did particularly well!
