Ouch!
I got blood tests done today and my arm hurts. Usually it doesn't cause any problems. I did get a hot pink bandage out of the deal though. :) I used to pass out everytime I had blood drawn, which gave me a huge phobia of it. Then I had to get blood drawn a lot due to a medication I was on. That got me over my fear and I realized why I always passed out - I would hold my breath the whole time! Once I remembered to breath, no more passing out and now they are no big deal.
My dog, Channi, had surgery today. She is home and doing great but the event meant dealing with mom being super aggitated. Her way of handling anxiety is to verbally abuse me which started the second I got back in the car after bringing Channi in to the vet's office. All because she wanted ciggerettes. She went off on me again on the way home from picking Channi up because she misunderstood the driving directions I was telling her. Its impossible to be around her 99% of the time because shes so hatefuly
