@Aditya2602 Keeping a diary can be very beneficial in many ways! It increases mindfulness and self-awareness, while it can also encourage you to see progress every day. I think is one of the best things to do to improve your well-being. I'm currently working on being consistent with it! Thank you for sharing this idea!

@Aditya2602 - I recently got into journaling and I believe it has actually helped me, there's just something freeing about jotting everything down and giving yourself the space to let it all out in a healthy way.
