Dear thread reader,
I messed up a lot today and said some hurtful things. We made up and watched some shows so I feel better. Learning to manage my emotions is very important to me. I hope I continue to improve. I still ate mostly sweets today and feel guilty.

@FriendlyCowNose , glad to hear you are feeling better. Sweet stuff can be conforting. I totally under stand you. But too much can cause havoc too. Try chewing nuts like almond or sunflower seed. Nice to chew and healthy too.
