6/16/18 - (Food, Menstruation)

Dear thread reader, I LOVE food. It's kind of a problem. I use it to cope when I'm upset or stressed. I use it to reward myself or to celebrate. I tend to go for sweet foods like chocolate, ice cream, muffins, brownies, cookies... I have a major sweet tooth that cannot be satisfied! It's embarrassing. Sometimes I can't really stop myself from eating so much, then I feel guilty about it and avoid eating when I'm hungry. It's hard.

After I woke up today I did some relaxation exercises and I feel more confident in my ability to make it through the day. I am on the third day of my menstruation and it makes me hate my body. I feel so gross and broken. I feel like I'm out of control. I can't stop the bleeding. I can't stop the cramps. I can't stop the headaches. Ahh!!! I hate being out of control.
