Beautiful!! Really nice work! I really like making roses too :-)
Did you know that you can make an edible dough out of chocolate and corn syrup that you can mold in a similar way?!? It makes for some very impressive cakes or cupcakes :-) (I once took the fake roses off a bunch of fake roses and put my chocolate molded roses on them for Valentine's day :-D)
