Drumming
Drumming increases dophine levels and keeps up your cardio as well, additionally working your muscles. There have been studies that say drumming the same rudimentary patterns in groups induces a feeling of well being toward the group members. The better you get, the more fun it is!

yes and some times its a good stress reliver some times but keep it up and keep doing what ever makes you happy
@JazzDrummer You are right. :) I'm a Drummer myself. And I enjoy it quiet a lot! Initially I never knew that I could release my endorphines this way. But during my stressful moments, I took my agression out on and I felt a lot better, not to mention, mastered a song I was trying to work on.
