Web design
Can anybody suggest some good and fresh web design idea? I want to create a personal website but I am a bit stuck with the design so some help would be really appreciated.
I think that if you need to end up having a really good website, it would be a much better idea to stick to a more serious approach and hire a company [edited by Anomalia to remove advertising link] so check em out and you'll get y point I think.
If you need to make it things done , just look for examples and try to reproduce them.
I am in the process of redesigning my site after 5 years, which it endured well and doesn't seem old, having the CMS up to date.
@JohnDoe00 I used to know how to do simple web design, but I am many years out of practice. These days, I mostly just use Canva to create social media posts.
Like others said, sometimes it is helpful to search for designs or elements that you like, or pick a color scheme first, then try to recreate the other designs in your own way, with your own "spin" on it. I hope you find the best way to showcase everything you'd like to share on your site!
@COurageousLemon2 Take 3 1/2 cups of HTML, sprinkle in two teaspoons of CSS, mix well with 2 liters of JavaScript, 16 oz of JPGs, 3 lbs of GIFs, 18 yards of text, 15 hyperlinks, 9 headings, 3 bulleted lists,, one domain name, one ISP, and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, let cool for tHiRtY minutes, twirl around 3 times and yell, “Ta Da!”
@helpfulAvocado7912 LOL this is a great answer!!
