The one where you feel cold, kinda dark, like your slipping away?
Or is it just me?

Hi!
I can relate because first I thought my perception had changed but I later learned that my maladaptive stress response was activated and I am learning to control and ground myself. I highly recommend it. Sending you strength and friendship!

@RairaiQwQ I've felt like that before. Like an emptiness inside, and I'm slowly 'slipping' away sideways into the nothing. It can feel ominous yet as disturbing as it can be, I'm not concerned.

No I hear you. I thought I was gonna loose grip on reality but got medicated again. Think it's simmilar .was worried
