Hi, do you know what hobby I can take up as i haven't found a hobby and don't know how to get one. Any ideas? I enjoy anything like art and crafts but like reading too which I do as well as writing. Drawing too. With lockdown I'm trying to find something to do and don't know what right now. It's usually in the day Its most boring for me where trying to fill in gap but got no motivation to do anything. Do you know how to get motivation to from anything you do? I like walking to and do. I want something practical to do like said now. What would you think?

First COVID, now yucky weather! Cabin fever here, too! I’ve been considering redecorating my kitchen cafe-style. I would love to use chalkboard paint on one whole section of wall, then practice with all the chalk markers and suck with decoration and lettering. My family are extremely picky eaters, but I have found that they handle meals better if they have time to settle it in their minds; like, know ahead of time what to expect. I think decorating cafe-style like that and doing a menu will give them a heads up and also allow them time to tell me if they want me to change something they simply can not convince themselves to eat. Anyway, a craft idea with a purpose!?

@TreaureSeekers3 a craft I recently tried was needle felting! I felt like I was spending a lot of time on screens lately, so I wanted to try a craft that wouldn't involve screens at all. It's nice because you can also buy kits with everything you need to make a cute project, so you don't have to worry about what to make -- just pick a kit of something you like, and follow the instructions! I thought it was pretty relaxing too since it takes some time. I went in with zero knowledge and just followed the booklet and it worked out pretty well!

I think there are a lot of options out there for hobbies or even just things to do for fun/relaxing/creativity :)

Have you tried diamond painting? For me is very therapeutic. Repetitive and perfect to listen some amazing ted talks.

I search for inspiration first and when I see sth is DIY I always want to do anything like that myself. I made stucco mouldings, DIY decorations for Christmas and Easter, flower decorations....
