Favorite Thanksgiving Food?
For those of you who celebrate Thanksgiving, what is your favorite Thanksgiving time food? Mine is DEFINITELY mashed potatoes!!

I love the cranberry sauce! Also the stuffing because my grandmother makes it herself. :)
@mimameid I love cranberry sauce too! I used to work at a restaurant that had canned cranberry sauce as a side, and me and all the other servers would literally eat CANFULS a shift :)
@gracefulAngel96 I don't understand the love for that canned cranberry sauce -- my mom loves it too! But ooohhhh when you make it with fresh cranberries, warmed over a stove with just the right amount of sugar added, it's the best.

I'll have to try making cranberry sauce with fresh cranberries and see how it goes. We usually don't have the time to do that. Canned works well for us. xD
@mimameid Do it! It's certainly one more thing to do, but it's really easy. IMHO TOTALLY worth it. If you try it, let me know how it goes!

My mom makes the most amazing gravy, but my favorite thing to make for Thanksgiving are the veggies. I make a roasted butternut squash with garlic and a brown butter and fried sage sauce. Nom!
