Hey @countrygirl1231 thought i'd migrate our chat to here, seeing as it's a place to keep up to date with our goals :)

My goal for the month, started on 24th October, is to completely cut out foods high in sugar. It's so that I can get out of this habit of over-indulging on sugary foods. After the month is over i'll be able to balance better :)

Things i'm completely cutting out for the month are:

Chocolates/sweets

Biscuits

Desserts

Ice cream

Sugary cereals

Added sugar in fruit juices

You catch my drift

When I crave I am turning to natural sugars. FRUIT. Dates have been really saving the day. Yesterday I wanted comfort food, and had porridge with honey instead of the usual, which I really enjoyed!

One week gone, three to go!
