Diet & Mental Health

Just wondering what everyones thoughts are on the importance of diet in relation to optimal health.
Is it critical to eat a healthy well, balanced diet to function well mentally or does it just help a little bit?
Love to know your thoughts on the topic :)

I feel most everything is interconnected.....
A good diet and feeling good physically makes a big difference.... i know i fell into my last depression after a short illness that was a pain to overcome.
I have heard that certain nutrients make a difference for items i took this advice and bought a supplement and i now believe what was said is true as soon as i added different items i am much happier and the fog thinking has lifted.

I can say with confidence that a healthy diet directly depends on my good mood and, accordingly, my mental health. Apparently, this happened because of my certain health problems, I was forced to switch to a healthy eating and a suitable diet. It was hard at first, but over time I realized that I felt lighter not only physically, but also mentally. Thanks to the right approach, and most importantly, awareness of my situation, as I often use the information about all the vitamins or medicines I need from a Canadian Pharmacy Partnership, I began to feel better in all aspects of health and nutrition.
