Yoga!
Yoga is an incredibly amazing exercise routine. It can be adapted to all different levels based on skill, ability, disability, strength, etc etc etc.

What are your favorite yoga practices, yoga blogs, yoga sites, etc?
I am so excited to see what other people find helpful!!
I have tried Yoga exercises using my Wii Fit board. I recently applied for a fitness pass within my city, and will be trying out their Yoga classes. I have taken classes a long time ago in the past, and they are pretty relaxing.
@DancingAlong I love yoga. I have been going to a lot of Hot Yoga this year. It is tough but I really feel so much better after the class. It not only helps to relax your mind and focus on the present moment in the positive, healing space you create there but it also is great for releasing toxins in your body, relieving stress and it's a very good workout! Just remember if you try it, to listen to your body and not to push yourself beyond your own limits. Oh and drink lots and lots and lots of water! (because you sweat a lot of it out and you don't want to dehydrate yourself). Hope you enjoy!!! xo
Been doing home yoga for 2.5 years now and it's hard to think of being without it. A huge step for me was starting my first yoga class ever, that was three weeks ago. I still enjoy yoga at home more but I try to spend more time around people to cope better with my social anxiety.
@DancingAlong
Yoga with Adriene is my absolute favorite too <3
@DancingAlong Although I like classes, for various reasons I mostly practice at home. One I like using, and often come back to, is the videos on Tara Stiles youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/TaraStilesYoga
