Taking each day one moment at a time!
Hi there,
one idea that has helped me find my balance a little more was remembering that I can take each day one breath at a time.
Whether I meditate or go through my day, I catch myself floating off with my thoughts, forgetting my great resolutions and feel like the whole day is lost. Then I used to get worked up and it all turned into a downward spiral.
Nowadays, I try to remember that I can just bring my focus back to where I want to be. It's okay to drift off. It's okay to mess up or go off balance. I will try again with my next breath, the next moment.
