The colour brown helps. It's earthy and solid. Can wear/visualize it.
Standing on some soil and drawing a circle around you with a stick or something else, then not leaving it until you can imagine clearly how you want to be treated will work.
Remember it may take practice, time, patience and understanding to learn. It's worth taking the time!
Boundaries aren't about giving up on the self or someone else. It's about showing ourselves and others how we'll stand to be treated. It's a choice as to whether or not the self or someone else respectfully listens and takes vulnerability growth and success work to process choices if there's emotional issues.
Learning more about love and self love will be useful for inner chatter (Critical and persistent thoughts.).
