hello , I’m new here , trying to get my bearings,

1 - where do I write a post in the newbie group or the general group

2 - I suffer from general anxiety, especially social anxiety

3 - not sure what support I’m looking for right now but being part of this group will help me realize I’m not alone in my suffering
