Chronic insomnia and anxiety

I was on here a long time ago but too exhausted and anxious to do much. I realize this is a good place to be for me lately. It’s been a rough 7 years of insomnia and been my exhausted. The ongoing panic/anxiety has made me feel I’m losing my mind. I need to talk to others with these problems. I’ve been isolating for many years ever since Covid. Sorry this is such a long message

@Fancydancer

Hey there, I want to let you know that I carefully read your message and understood what you are saying. I would definitely agree that these two years of COVID were hard to go through. I also experienced insomnia and anxiety sometimes. The best way that I find to cope with this is to talk to my friends and family. I always hear inspiring messages and information from them. Last year, one of the most important lessons that I learned is that there are people willing to support me and love me. It is okay to feel not okay. It is okay to talk to them about my problems, and they understand me and are more willing to support me. Also, this forum is another good place to talk to other people, and one may find others who have similar problems with them. You are always not alone. I hope this message helps you. Wish you the best.

I hope, you’re feeling better! I also had this problem for a long time. I tried different pills and traditional methods, but nothing helped to beat insomnia. I couldn’t work properly or spend time with my family and friends. Then my doctor recommended I try some medication from Canadian Pharmacy. It really helped and now I can sleep well. To deal with anxiety you should distract yourself. You can take up a new hobby, go on a trip or start a daily meditation.
