Meeting Monday
Hi everyone
I have a meeting on monday with my department manager, I told her about being diagnosed with Major Depression Disorder and she wants to do a risk assessment with me. The form is an SRA form. I can’t find anything online about it and it’s stressing me out.
i have been on antidepressants now for 5 days and I’m starting to doubt if I have depression at all. There isn’t anything that I can pin point that could be the cause of it. I’m also autistic so the over thinking and anxiety doesn’t help
what do you guys think?
