Understanding grief and understanding how to to support your emotions

Grief is the aftermath of a loss in our life like loved one passing away or even someone leaving our lives
Although it does hurt and will always stay with us the important thing to remember is that the person who left us is either in better place (if they died) or wasn't meant to stay more then a set amount of time (if leaving our lives but not dead) but the way to handle it is simply to just be sad and let it take you in but it won't be forever and it will eventually get easier to handle although it will feel hard it is also important to let yourself cope your own way and no one will truly understand how you feel cause grief is different for everyone
