I just paid for a month and it says ny account is inactive and you can’t chat with noni cause no credits. I don’t know how to fix this. Please help

Hi there @JoylessJessi did you pay for online therapy here? Or where does it say inactive exactly?
Because aside from therapy, everything else is free here, including talking to Noni. (unless I missed some update that isn't yet made for the community to see😮)
