good question, thanks for making this thread! my first priority is to always be kind to others and myself!
no matter what the situation I find myself in, I never let my emotions drive me towards being mean to other person. "always be kinder than necessary!"
I often do fail to keep being kind to myself but I'm trying my level best, and if I catch myself in the middle of the spiral, I step back and say, "I think I am being unkind to myself, maybe I need to reevaluate my approach towards dealing with the situation."
