Hi everyone I hope that you all are having a great Monday and had a great weekend!
I have a few questions that I wanted to ask, feel free to participate.
1. What is one way that you spread positivity in your daily life, how do you encourage others to stay positive?
I spread positivity by sharing uplifting quotes with my friends and family, make homemade cards for my family and friends, complement others, and most importantly treat people with respect. One Way I encourage others to be positive is by telling them something I like about them to lift them up. I find it helps lift their spirits, and show that I am here for them. I think this is beneficial because it shows how positivity can be spread from one person to the next, if a person sees me saying something positive or nice about them they are going to want to do it in return to someone else.
2. What are some ways that you personally express gratitude?
I express gratitude in art for example I might make someone something homemade with craft supplies to show that I am grateful for something that they've done for me. I write notes to people, I go out in the community and do A kind gesture such as bringing cookies to my neighbors, or volunteering for an event.
3 . What are some things that you are grateful for?
I am grateful for my family, friends, pets, nature, my gift of creativity, my ability to learn how to work different forms of technology etc.
Lastly I just want you all to remember that you are amazing because you're all unique in your own ways!

1. What is one way that you spread positivity in your daily life, how do you encourage others to stay positive?
I guess spreading positivity every day through small acts of kindness. Just holding up the door or pointing out the way for someone who seems lost can be a way to spread a little bit of positivity. Asking how someone is or starting a conversation with someone. Trying to do random acts of kindness and complimenting people even if I don't know them. It's always nice when someone you don't even know does something kind for you.
2. What are some ways that you personally express gratitude?
My favorite way to express gratitude is through writing thank you notes. I have a big stack of cards that I'm always writing in. I usually put them in the lunch boxes or in the back of a book, so that someone can read it when they need a smile.
3 . What are some things that you are grateful for?
I have so many things that I am grateful for my first being cups and all the people here. I am thankful for my family and all the kiddies. I am thankful for all animals. I am thankful for books and my education, I am thankful to have clean water and a place to stay tonight, and a meal on the table. I am thankful for hugs and rainbows and I am thankful for the kindness of strangers and fresh-baked cookies and sunrises, and did I mention how very thankful I am for cups?
thanks arta for the lovely post <3

These are all fantastic ideas of how we can spread positivity and express gratitude. I really like your idea of writing, writing is so powerful in a way that it can help us stay positive by bullet journalling but it can also help others you might be having a rough day.
Thanks for sharing!
