How I became less jealous
Hello, this is random but I wanted to share with you guys how I removed one of the most hurtful feelings that I experienced: jealousy
I have felt jealous a lot towards other people because I kept comparing myself and also I focused on how my life seems worse. I changed my mindset by repeating this phrase: "Everyone experienced lots of bad feelings in their lives and they deserve to be happy at some point". This helped me to realize that people have different lives and I should just try to focus on myself. I practice gratitude and try to be happy for others when they are successful. If I am positive about someone else's success, I will manifest success for myself.

Often ,it is so hard to acknowledge feelings that are generally labelled in a negative light , jealousy being one of them ofcourse, you not only acknowledged it but also actively worked on it to make it turn into something much better ~ gratitude !

I agree too, being happy for others might not be easy always because sometimes the grass does look greener on the other side haha, but we don't know what they've done to make it look that green in colour , also hey ,if they can , so can we ! Till then , so very needed to be okay and grateful for what we have already and right rightt ,manifest it with a grateful heart !
