People only see what they are prepared to see if you look for what is good and what you can be grateful for you will find it everywhere.

Gratitude is appreciation for every moment in life it is a feeling of abundance I believe gratitude can change our attitude.

Be grateful for what you have and for what you don't have.

Gratitude opens up your heart and your mind allowing you to reflect on the good that has happened to you which in turn makes you happy and drives contentment in your life.

Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive find a way to be thankful for your troubles and they can become your blessings!

Radical gratitude means you are going to walk through life being grateful and every situation no matter what- in times of Plenty, when times are tight, when times are good, bad, right, wrong whatever. You can develop an attitude of gratitude by choosing to be grateful in every situation.

Kind of like "when you're thinking of a yellow car, you are most likely to spot a yellow car, or yellow something atleast" haha, or simply put "wherever we put more of our time, energy and focus on, it grows".

Lovely message, Maple.🌻

Thankyou for spreading so much positivity around.

We can also practice gratitude by appreciating ourselves or others around us, exactly what the Peer appreciation form here can help us with.❤

I like how you mention that gratitude expands past being grateful or what you have into being grateful for what you don't have. If you really think about it, there's a blessing in almost anything if you look hard enough :)

Our minds are a powerful thing, we hold the power in us to bring about positive changes but that can only happen if were willing to let go of the negative.
